Embraer ERJ-170 /190 Series (GE CF34) Combined B1/B2 Theory & Practical


AeCAT is an EASA Part 147 approved training organisation based in the United Kingdom.   The course is approved by the CAA on behalf of the European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA)

Approval/Content

This course complies with the latest EASA Part 66 regulations (EASA EC 1321/2014 and EC 2042/03 Part-66, Appendix III). It provides a detailed description, operation, component location, removal/installation, BITE and troubleshooting procedures.

Applicability

The course is open to all candidates involved directly with aircraft maintenance, currently holding B1, B2 or C licence, or who have demonstrated the ability /desire to gain type qualification on the aircraft.

Prerequisites

Ideally EASA Part 66 basic Aircraft Maintenance Licence or equivalent.

Notwithstanding the above, general familiarity with aircraft and digital electronic equipment.

The student must be able to read, write and communicate at an understandable level in the English language.

Examination

Closed book phase examinations (5), using multiple-choice examinations with 3 answers.
Pass mark per phase examination is 75%.
