This course supplements the Type Training courses and assesses the engineer's competence to carry out Engine Run Up activities on the Embraer ERJ 170/190 (GE CF34) safely. It will cover the Theory and a Practical session will take part in a Simulator.
Format
The standard training programme is based on 1 day of Theory instruction followed by Practical training in a Simulator of 2 hours per student. The Theory can be delivered either in person at customer facility or via a virtual Instructor lead classroom.
This training is delivered by experienced maintenance engineers in English using modern delivery techniques. An individual copy of the training material is provided in digital form (with an option for a hard copy if required.)
Evaluation
A certificate will be issued at the end of each theoretical and practical course to each student who has satisfactorily completed the course and has passed all assessments.
